Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so any merchandise purchased from us is fully returnable. Here are some guidelines to ensure a quick return process.
Instructions For Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is found to be unsellable.
Contact us by email: returns@KEESecurity.com or fax: 866-507-3939, let us know what item you want to return or exchange and for what reason. Don't forget to include your order number.
We will email you within 24 hours with your Return Authorization (RA) Number.
Repackage the item making sure to clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the outside of the package.
Send the return to our distribution center:
Once the item has been received, we will send you the exchange item or refund your account. A 15% restocking fee is applicable on refunds for returns not due to an error on our part.
KEESecurity.com offers the following Shipping Policy:
Orders are received and processed daily.
In-stock items ship via UPS Ground or FEDEx. Items may ship separately, and take 4 to 10 business days for delivery in the Contiguous US.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box since UPS can not deliver to a PO Box.
Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on manufacturer.
TASER C2 Activation Requirements:
After the C2 Taser is delivered to you, you will need to register the C2 to activate it. You will do this by calling an 800 number or doing it online. This only takes a couple of minutes and full instructions come with the C2. It costs $9.95 to activate and conduct a background check.
